Shipping and Returns Policy

Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Your package will be left in a safe place, but please make sure you are available upon delivery. The buyer is fully responsible for any stolen or lost shipment due to incorrect shipping information being entered. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are agreeing to the sale and represent that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders can be processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

UNFORESEEN DELAYS

Due to events beyond our control, delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated here. Delays imposed by carriers are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery times in situations beyond our control.

Delivery of all orders under  40€  placed on our site have a fixed cost of 4.90€ . From 40€ of purchase, delivery is free .

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process  all orders that are placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for  any reason, please email us as soon as possible.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or  shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. 

No request to cancel your order can be  taken into account if it has already been processed.

 ADDRESS ERROR

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this  address and to contact us promptly to specify any changes. This can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for  incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).

In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us,  but not systematically.

If your order is returned to sender, we  will offer you a refund of your order less shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, at your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund  of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

 RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for any reason!

Whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill  out this return form 

Sign it and then send it with your package to the address  we will give you when you write to our support.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a credit, it will be for the amount you paid. If you notified us that you wanted a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fee.

If you would like an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2-7 weeks to reach you.

If you are shipping items over $50, we strongly suggest you return the product to us with a tracking number.
