What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
We also accept payments via Shop and PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to France, Germany and United Kingdom.
Do you have stores or only an online store?
We sell exclusively online.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in the United States, Europe, Singapore or China. We work directly with reliable suppliers around the world, allowing us to pass on our savings directly to our customers and provide them with exceptional products at very competitive prices.
When will I receive my order?
Orders can be processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Standard Delivery: 5-9 business days
During busy periods it may take up to 6 days before dispatch. Our parcels travel with national postal services. We do not work with relay points.
My order is not complete
Since we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
Our average delivery times are 5-9 business days after order processing. Some packages may take a little longer than this.
However, if you still have not received your package after 30 working days after ordering, then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
Depending on your location, delivery can take between 10-15 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
How do I return and replace my item?
We strongly believe in the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 30-day risk-free money back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund or exchange your product (the decision is yours), up to 30 days, no questions asked.

Where is my order confirmation?
The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours after payment. Please try checking your junk or trash folder as it may also be there.
What are the shipping rates?
Delivery for all orders under €40 placed on our site has a fixed cost of €4.90. Delivery is free for orders over €40. Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@babyaccessplus.com
Beyond this time your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.
In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at contact@babyaccessplus.com with the following details:

* Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, ...)
* A photo or video
You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please let us know).
